Binnie Media Maine’s ‘Pay For Play’ Raises Record $29,195 For Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital

by | Sep 21, 2021

Binnie Media Programming in Maine, 107.5 Frank FM and 99.9 The Wolf, is proud to announce the results of another successful Pay for Play event to benefit the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital. Pay for Play is a fun and interactive event lasting Thursday morning through Friday midday, in which they solicit song requests from loyal listeners in exchange for donations to the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital.

In this, the sixth year of Frank FM’s participation and the second year of 99.9 The Wolf’s participation, they managed to raise a ‘Pay for Play’ record of $29,195 for the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital. That’s nearly $8,000 more than last year!

When combined with the total raised during the Radiothon in March, that means the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital has now received over HALF A MILLION DOLLARS in donations in 2021 alone thanks to the hard work of the Binnie Team.

It meant long on-air hours for Frank and Wolf DJs Andy Austin, Michelle Taylor, Corey Garrison, Amy Ryan, Holly Nunan, Rick Johnson, and Leif Erickson, but they loved every minute of it.

Special thanks to this year’s sponsors and generous donors that believe in the mission to help the community and everyone at the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital.
