Binnie Media’s Frank FM (WFNQ 106.3 Manchester, WLNH 98.3 Concord-Lakes, WBYY 98.7 Portsmouth-Dover-Rochester NH), and The Pulse of NH (WTPL 107.7 Manchester, WEMJ 107.3 Concord-Lakes, WTSN 98.1 Portsmouth-Dover-Rochester, NH) held their 24th Annual Caring & Sharing Radiothon on November 9th and 10th.
The two-day live broadcast helps put food on the tables of our neighbors in New England during these tough economic times. Every dollar raised is worth $20, which stretches the donations much further and makes a huge impact for our 26 food charities just before Thanksgiving.
Listeners heard from those who have received support from a local pantry, as well as directors and volunteers on the ground who know what it takes to feed those in need in their communities, business owners and local and state dignitaries who understand and support this important effort.
Governor Chris Sununu kicked off the event on-air to help raise awareness for this very important cause.
