Content/Creative Review Process & Policy

This document outlines how digital content and creative deliverables are reviewed, how feedback is managed, and how revisions are handled across all marketing services, including website pages, landing pages, blogs, brand and logo development, graphic design, organic social content, paid advertising creative, email campaigns, and other digital marketing assets. Our goal is to ensure clarity, efficiency, and a collaborative creative process for every project.

Creative Reviews& Feedback Process

Each creative phase or deliverable follows a defined review process and approval workflow, as outlined in the selected product(s), project scope documentation, or project kickoff materials.

To ensure clarity and efficiency, feedback should be submitted as one consolidated list per review cycle.

A review cycle includes:

  • Delivery of a complete creative draft for review
  • Client feedback provided in one consolidated response
  • One revised version addressing the submitted feedback

Feedback Timing & Response Windows

To keep projects moving smoothly, your Project Manager will outline feedback timelines for content and creative deliverables as part of the project plan. These timelines are designed around your specific scope, deadlines, and production schedule.

Clients are asked to provide feedback within the agreed review windows after each delivery. Delays in feedback or approval may result in timeline adjustments, as downstream work often depends on timely input.

Once revised content or creative is delivered, prompt approval is required to move into the next phase or milestone of the project.

Revisions, Scope & Creative Direction

Revisions are intended to refine and improve the original creative direction in response to feedback. Requests that introduce new concepts, shift creative direction, or expand beyond the original scope will be considered out of scope.

Revisions for organic social content are scoped to the approval of the content calendar in its entirety. Once the calendar is approved, any additional changes, whether to individual posts or overall strategy, will be considered out of scope and billed accordingly

For paid media creative, requests that materially alter the agreed-upon strategy, including new audiences, platforms, business objectives, or content pillars, are considered changes in scope.

Once the review cycles are completed, any additional revisions will require a change of request, additional fees, and timeline adjustments.

Approval & Acceptance

A content or creative milestone is considered approved when the revised work and messaging are delivered, and the client confirms acceptance in writing (via email or documented approval). Approval indicates acceptance of both the creative execution and the approved content at that stage.

Requests for changes, revisions, or new direction made after approval may be considered new scope and may require additional time, fees, or a separate agreement.

Communication & Project Tracking

Creative deliverables, feedback instructions, and approvals are communicated clearly throughout the project. Binnie Digital uses internal project management systems to track progress and approvals. While these systems may not be client-facing, clients will always receive clear guidance on how and when to provide feedback.
