Creative Review & Revision Policy

This document outlines how creative deliverables are reviewed, how feedback is managed, and how revisions are structured. Our goal is to provide clear expectations and a smooth, collaborative experience.

1. Review Rounds & Feedback

Each phase of creative work (for example, homepage design, logo concept, or page layout) includes a defined number of review rounds as outlined in your project scope documentation.

A review round consists of:

  • A complete design deliverable
  • Client feedback delivered in a consolidated format
  • One revised version based on that feedback
  • Feedback must be provided in a single consolidated list per round.
  • Individual comments given in multiple messages, emails, and tools may be collected into a single feedback list to ensure clarity.

2. Revision Limits

Included revision rounds are defined in the Scope Document, Project Overview, or as discussed during project kickoff.

Once the included reviews are exhausted:

  • Additional review rounds are treated as out-of-scope work.
  • These may require a change request, additional fees, and updates to the timeline.
  • Revising work in ways that introduce new design direction or expand the original scope is considered an out-of-scope request, even if technically within a review round.

3. Approval & Acceptance

A milestone is considered approved when feedback has been incorporated and the client confirms the result in writing (email or shared project approval log).

4. Communication & Tools

Our team will share deliverables and feedback prompts via email or client review tools.

We use internal project management systems to track progress, but you will always receive clear instructions on how to provide feedback.
