Binnie Media is proud to announce that 99.9 The Wolf (WTHT-FM) has been named Radio Station of the Year at the 2025 Maine Association of Broadcasters (MAB) Annual Awards, the organization’s top honor recognizing excellence in broadcasting.
In addition to earning the highest station award of the night, The Wolf received multiple accolades for on-air content, creative production, and promotions, including:
First Place – Best Spot
Second Place – Self-Promotion for the Wolf Cares for Kids Radiothon
Second Place – Best On-Air Contest for the No Shoes Slot Machine: Kenny Chesney Flyaway
Binnie Media also celebrates Don Shields of 106.9 Frank FM (WBQX), who earned Second Place in Sports Play-By-Play, recognizing outstanding achievement in sports broadcasting.
